Which Type of Water is Best For Weight Loss?
I’m almost ashamed that I have to write this, but I’ve been getting a lot of questions regarding the best type of water you should be drinking.
You may be asking yourself, “well how many different types of damn water is there?” You’d be surprised how many companies are looking to make a quick buck.
It’s easy to get caught up in the vitamin enhanced waters, life waters and any of the other stupid names these companies give these drinks. If you’re concerned about vitamins, take a regular daily multivitamin! It’s a lot cheaper than continuously buying these other products.
The answer to this question is simple:
DRINK PLAIN REGULAR WATER!
But of course some people can’t make it that simple…
“What kind of regular water?!” Tap? Filtered? Spring? Distilled? Sparkling?
It honestly doesn’t make a damn bit of difference, as long as it’s plain water with no sweeteners, vitamins or other bullshit added to it.
Pick whichever one tastes best! Some people live in areas that have hard water from their tap. Just buy a filter to attach to the tap or one of those pitchers with the built in filters.
Buying bottled water is really a complete waste of money. You should invest in a refillable bottle, they’re not much more than a pack of bottled water anyways.
In fact, municipal water sources (your tap water) is more strictly regulated than most water bottling companies, which in my opinion means it’s safer for you in the long run.
Here’s a great website to see how clean your tap water really is (this is for the USA only I believe).
So that’s it, plain and simple. Drink regular water, either tap, bottled or otherwise with no added crap to it.
