I’ve had a strong interest in exercise since I was a small child and, by my early teens, made a commitment to a lifestyle of health and well-being that would change my life for the better. Between noticing so many people around me suffering from lifestyle diseases which could’ve been prevented or dramatically improved, to recognizing the many outside benefits of a healthy lifestyle, I hope to help others improve their lives for the rest of their lives.
The aspect I love the most about being a Personal Trainer is seeing my clients experience a sense of accomplishment. For me, it’s an experience I wouldn’t trade for anything.
