High Protein Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
Who doesn’t like cookies? Give these a try the next time you have a sweet tooth!
- 1 3/4 cup oats
- 4 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 tbsp. stevia
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Raisins (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
Mix everything into a big bowl until you get a doughy consistency. Then place the dough onto a greased (with nonstick spray) cookie sheet. Makes 7 or 8 big sized cookies.
The more cookies you make from the batter, the less time you need. 10 cookies will require around 10 minutes in the oven at 325 degrees.
I made 7 cookies and they cooked in about 14 minutes at 325 degrees. Just keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!
If you made 7 cookies, each one has about 150 calories.
